Wow wow wow can you believe the first 3 months of the year have been and gone, they have flown by!
Looking back at all the amazing things you have done is a brilliant practice to do. It shows you all that you have accomplished and overcome which gives you a boost to your self esteem, helps you cultivate gratitude and gives you a plan for the next 3 months.
I truly believe in setting goals for your year ahead. Checking in each month and every 3 months gives you a chance to make sure you are on course for what you want, celebrate what you have done and make any adjustments to any areas that maybe aren't quite working or where you have had a new idea or change of tack.
So grab the free printable below and find yourself a quiet 20 mins to go through it and look back over all you have achieved since 1 January!
Then think about what you want to achieve in the next 3 months and write them down. Really think about what little changes you want to make to move you towards the life you truly want.
Use the space to brainstorm your action steps and go out that are grab your life by the nuts and shout

I am holding an April goal setting event which is a great chance to look back over the past 3 months and plan out what you want to achieve in April.
This event is live but if you cannot make it, as long as you RSVP you will be sent the live recording and Goal Setting work book to do in your spare time!
However, I do recommend trying to attend as there is nothing like sharing your dreams and ideas with others. its so inspiring and motivating!
