Ingredients

200 ml Almond Milk

1 tbsp Chia Seeds

2 tsp Peanut Butter (or other nut butter)

Handful of raspberries and frozen mango

Agave syrup or honey to taste

Method

1. put all ingredients into the blender

2. blend and enjoy
