200 ml Almond Milk

1 tbsp Chia Seeds

2 tsp Peanut Butter (or other nut butter)

Handful of raspberries and frozen mango

Agave syrup or honey to taste

Method

​

1. put all ingredients into the blender

2. blend and enjoy
